I like being active.  And I think the best way to be motivated about something is to be held accountable to something.  This is my something.

Activities that I do:

Indoor/Outdoor Climbing



Weight/ Resistance training (is that even an activity???)


Goals: to be active 5 days out of the week.  This means getting out of my house.  Thinking about running to the gym to do some climbing does not count as an activity, no matter how much I wish it did!

I’ll be adding, changing to this as I go.  The challenge begins!
